We understand that conflicts can be a challenging and stressful experience, especially in relationships with our partners, family members, or colleagues. That’s why we’re here to support you in developing the skills and strategies needed to effectively manage and transform conflicts in your personal and professional life.

Our coaching program focuses on helping individuals and couples to identify the root causes of conflicts, violence, their communication styles and patterns, and develop effective communication strategies to transform conflicts in a healthy and productive way. We believe that conflict transformation is a lifelong learning process that requires dedication and practice. Our coaching program is designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to make positive changes in your relationships and personal growth.

"Our couple have successfully completed the ten weeks conflict transformation coaching. It helped us to spend our time reflecting on ourselves and intentionally listening to each other. This alone - simply listening and accepting my narrative and the partner’s narrative as it is - helped us to resolve many of our conflicts. I was able to gain new perspectives and ideas to build healthier relationships with my partner, my children, and myself as well. I deeply appreciate the counsellor, Mr. Yang, by coaching us to discover the inner strength within ourselves, to slowly bring about changes in our lives. "

"Through the conflict transformation coaching, I had an opportunity to break the old frame of thinking that had enveloped me for a long time. It was a valuable time that made me think about the meaning of love. I realized that my laziness hinders my growth spiritually. During my marriage, I had a hard time understanding my wife, but it helped me to get closer to her. As I learned through the coaching, I will continue to love myself and my spouse with me in the future."
