The Circle Process is an ancient practice that has been used by indigenous cultures for thousands of years as a way to promote healing, restore balance, and strengthen relationships. Today, the Circle Process is being rediscovered and adopted by people around the world as a powerful tool for building community, resolving conflicts, and creating a more just and equitable world. Our workshop is designed to provide you with an introduction to the Circle Process and its key principles, as well as the opportunity to practice and apply these principles in a safe and supportive environment. Through interactive and experiential activities, we will explore the power of deep listening, open communication, and respectful dialogue, and how these skills can be applied in a variety of settings.
We believe that the Circle Process has the potential to create positive and lasting changes in individuals, families, organizations, and communities, and we are honoured to be able to share this experience with you.
